“Começa assim: leio que andar sem calças sobre as coisas é o destino da lesma (segundo o poeta brasileiro Manuel de Barros). O rastro deixado por ela faz lembrar a matéria viscosa que é o pensamento, logo depois de pensado. No dia seguinte encontro uma lesma a deslizar pelo chão da cozinha. A passagem do pequeno animal pela casa é refletida pela luz do sol que atravessa as manhãs de inverno; o seu passado ainda brilha, poderíamos dizer. Pergunto-me se as pegadas se apagam mesmo com o tempo. Resolvo tirar o meu velho par de patins do armário.”
